About this deck
These 20 Spanish words and phrases are the first ones you will use in a real conversation. The deck also covers short everyday answers such as sí, no, claro, and quizás, and the questions you need to start talking to someone: ¿cómo estás? and ¿cómo te llamas? You will practice introducing yourself with me llamo and mucho gusto, and saying no entiendo when you need help. Each flashcard has an English translation and a short example sentence, so you see how the phrase is used. Say the examples aloud as you review them, and you will be ready for your first conversations in Spanish.
