Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use this Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and account details, as well as technical data like IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, communicate with you, and ensure security and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable laws.

6. Guest Accounts and Data Retention

If you try the Service without signing up, we create a temporary guest account that stores the decks you create and your use of AI features. A guest account and its decks are deleted automatically 30 days after creation unless you sign up or sign in, in which case they are moved to your account. To prevent abuse of free features, we keep a one-way, keyed hash (not the original value) of the IP address and of a random device identifier used to create guest accounts, for up to 30 days. When you delete your account, all of its content is deleted; we only keep a one-way, keyed hash of your sign-in identifier (email address, Google account or Telegram account) together with counts of your AI usage, for up to 12 months, so that free AI allowances cannot be renewed by deleting and re-creating an account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
